All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping, or digital delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4. Payments

Full payment must be received before your order is processed or shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery
For physical items:
- Processing times vary based on the item (usually 2–10 business days for ready-to-ship, 2–6 weeks for made-to-order costumes).

- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
6. Digital Downloads
Digital products (audio rituals, guides, templates, etc.) are available for instant download after payment.
Once the file is delivered, all sales are final.
You may download and use the file for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
7. Refunds & Returns
Physical Products:
- We accept returns on non-custom, unused items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Custom-made items, performance-worn pieces, and sale items are final sale.
Digital Products:
- Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, no refunds or exchanges are available once the file is delivered.
If you have an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days at annie@redhotannie.com — we’ll review each case fairly.
8. Custom Orders
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before production begins.
Final payment is due before delivery.
Design sketches, material samples, and timelines will be discussed and approved before production.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, product designs, images, audio recordings, and text on this site are owned by Red Hot Annie / Annie’s Red Hots and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any materials without written permission.
10. Liability
Our products are designed for artistic, theatrical, and personal expression.
